These Terms govern use of our website and vehicle recovery / transport services. If anything is unclear, contact us before booking.

1. Services provided

KWIK TOW (“we”, “us”) provides vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, and transport services across our advertised coverage areas.

  • Availability may vary depending on traffic, weather, demand, and operational conditions.
  • Stated arrival times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Additional charges may apply for extended distances, waiting time, specialist equipment, or out-of-hours work where agreed in advance.

2. Bookings & payments

  • You must give accurate details of the vehicle, location, and nature of the problem when booking.
  • Quotes are provided where possible before dispatch; the final price may vary if circumstances differ materially from what was described.
  • Payment terms (including deposits) will be confirmed at booking. We accept methods as agreed at the time (e.g. cash, card, bank transfer).

3. Cancellations & refunds

  • If you cancel before we dispatch, we may refund part or all of any deposit at our discretion.
  • If you cancel after we have dispatched, charges may apply to cover costs incurred.
  • We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or if anyone present is abusive or uncooperative.

4. Liability

We exercise reasonable care when recovering and transporting vehicles. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or mechanical faults.
  • Personal items left inside the vehicle.
  • Delays or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Customer responsibilities

  • You must ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe for recovery where reasonably possible.
  • You must tell us about lowered vehicles, electric vehicles, or non-standard dimensions that affect loading.
  • Someone authorised to release the vehicle should be present unless otherwise agreed.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
